Since the leaves are almost done being colorful and winter is almost here we decided to take a drive to see the leaves. It was a multi-functional trip since it's also the deer hunt and John wanted to do a little scouting. We started at the bottom of Mona Pole and came down through Payson Canyon. We stopped at the mines on the way up and got some awesome pictures. I recently became a big spender and splurged on an incredible new camera. I was completely enthralled with taking pictures of weeds and some of them turned out really cool! As we were coming out of the canyon we saw my family's deer camp. So we stopped to say hello. Everyone ,except for Grandpa Huntsman, was out hunting. We talked to him for a bit and I took a picture of my brothers deer. Way to go Matt! Matt got his first deer on Saturday. Its a 4 point with a cheater. John's pretty darn proud of him. Mom had made Sunday dinner but by the time we got out of the canyon they had already ate without us. Oh well, it was still sooo good. Thanks for always cooking dinner for us mom ;)
